Tom recently took his new 565 out and ventured 65km offshore to the East Coast shelf.Impressed with the ride, he was amazed at how comfortably he could cruise at 25-30 knots in open waters. He’s also stoked with his choice of a single Mercury 200HP outboard, noting its performance in offshore conditions as “second to none.” Next up? A southern tuna chase!The family also enjoyed a smooth ride in Lake Macquarie too, where the Zipwake system expertly adjusted the boat’s position for maximum comfort while exploring sand flats and catching flathead and salmon with Finn.
