Refund and Returns Policy – Online Store

Size Exchange

If you would like to return your purchase for a size exchange, you can do so within 14 days of receipt of your invoice. Goods must be returned to the following warehouse address within the 14 day return period and be in the original condition and packaging that they were received in. The purchaser is responsible for all associated freight costs involved in the return process.

Returns Policy & Process

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you by way of assessment for potential of an exchange. Items must be returned to Edencraft International Returns within 14 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags). All returned goods must have the purchaser’s contact details attached to the item. Please allow an additional 10 days from the day you return your product for your exchange product to be redelivered.

Faulty Items

If you consider an item is faulty please return the goods to Edencraft International Returns with your contact details, and the reason for the return.

Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, Edencraft International will replace or refund the item. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type and our Product Assessments team will contact you.

If You Change Your Mind

Edencraft International is unable to accept items that have been embellished, worn or washed. Change of mind returns will not be exchanged or refunded.
