Edencraft Boats is seeking a highly skilled and qualified Stainless Steel Fabricator to join our team. As a Stainless Steel Fabricator, you will be responsible for the precise fabrication, assembly, and installation of stainless steel components for our boats. This is a full-time position that may require overtime to meet production demands.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate stainless steel components according to engineering specifications, blueprints, and design requirements.
• Utilize various tools and equipment, such as saws, grinders, welders, and polishers, to shape, cut, bend, and weld stainless steel.
• Ensure the accuracy of measurements and dimensions to maintain high-quality standards.
• Assemble stainless steel parts and fixtures using appropriate techniques and fasteners.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Assist in the development and improvement of fabrication processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to provide progress updates and address any concerns or challenges.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Stainless Steel Fabricator or similar role, preferably in the marine or related industry.
• Proficiency in stainless steel fabrication techniques, including cutting, bending, welding, and polishing.
• Solid understanding of blueprint reading, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
• Proficient in the use of fabrication tools and equipment, such as saws, grinders, welders, and polishers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing production demands.
